Pastor Darrell Evans is the founder and serves as Senior Pastor of New Living Way Christian Fellowship Church in Greenville, and Rolling Fork, MS, one church in two cities. He was born and raised in Greenville, MS and received his formal education at Greenville Public Schools. He later attended Delta State University and graduated in 1994 majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He was inspired after his conversion to attend bible school because of his deep seated hunger for God. He attended several bible schools such as Word of Life Bible Training Center in Jackson, MS (1997) and graduated in 1997. He later attended the Ministry School Institute from Agape Storage Christian Center in Greenville, MS and graduated in 2007. He continued his studies in the fall of 2009 and enrolled in Sonship School of the Firstborn in Killeen, TX and graduated in 2011. He serves today as an ordained minister.
Pastor Evans expresses much teaching with a prophetic flow on self-denial, and Christian discipline., always seeking to please God rather than man. However, because of his hunger and desire to see people grow into the full statue that God has called us, he was led to join forces with the World of Academia and with his spiritual father, Bishop Nate Holcomb and began a bible school within the church to educate this region spiritually, to aid our city officials, educators and like spiritual leaders to make the Greater Delta area a safe haven for us all that brings glory to God.
Pastor Evans has served as a motivational speaker for many schools in the region in addition to MACE.
He has also served as a facilitator for Our House Incorporation for a span of three years. He is the husband of Co-Pastor Norchell Evans of 20 years and they share two beautiful daughters.
